Event Description: Mayor Bill Purcell will address business and community leaders, elected officials, Metro government and interested citizens at this 43rd Annual State of Metro Address.

Schedule
7:00 a.m. - Registration and Networking
7:30 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast and Program

Both individual registration ($25 per person) and corporate tables are available. Each table seats eight and includes reserved seating in a priority location, designated with your company's name. Table cost is $250, and they will be assigned based on the order in which reservations were received. General admission, not including breakfast, is also available at no charge. See details below.

Advance registration is required only for reserved seats with breakfast. No confirmation will be sent prior to the event. We are unable to accept reservations by phone or e-mail, and there are no refunds.

Invitations were mailed to Chamber members the week of April 24. Deadline for advance registration is Tuesday, May 23rd.

Advance registration closed at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 23. Late registration will be open at the event entrance beginning at 7:00 a.m. Thursday.

Announcement – May 12, 2006: At the request of the Office of the Mayor, general admission seats will be provided at no charge in the back of the exhibit hall. General admission seating will not include breakfast, and guests will be admitted starting at 8:00 a.m. No registration is required for these seats. Those interested should come to the lobby area outside West Exhibit Hall where they will be directed to a waiting area until 8:00 a.m.

Directions:
Follow I-40 into downtown Nashville. Take Exit 209B, Broadway, and head East on Broadway into downtown. Turn left on 7th Ave. North, then right on Commerce Street. The Convention Center will be on your right. The event will be held in the West Exhibit Hall on the bottom floor.

Parking: Surface lots and garages are available along Commerce Street. Average cost will be $6.
